Picking a location to get family pictures taken can feel hard. You want a beautiful view and also for it to be in a convenient spot.
As a Lafayette Indiana and surrounding area wedding and family photographer I have several great locations I recommend depending on the look you are going for.
We are blessed in the Lafayette area with lots of great locations to choose from. We have several parks and many nice urban locations.
The location best for you is determined by the “look” you prefer. Do you want a city or country look? Do you want wild native vegetation or would you prefer interesting architecture? The Purdue Horticulture Park offers a nature setting with a variety of vegetation and trees.
In previous blog posts I did a spotlights on the Haan Museum , Fairfield Lakes Park, and Celery Bog Nature Area. Those three places are always great spots for pictures.
